Co. Acquires Shaaf IT Tech. Est
The advantages of the acquisition of Shaaf Tech. are to add the experience of
Shaaf on Software Projects to the company. The arrangement was carried out last
month (Jan 2009). Furthermore, and most important, the deal was intended to
power the researches within the company's divisions and to enhance the quality
of those researches and consultations.
